Labs Studio in Chicago in November of 2016 to record what would become the band's eleventh full-length studio album. The result was It's Not Us, the most vibrant, mature expression of the band's growing studio prowess to date. \"We decided to go in for a week, live, eat, and breathe Umphrey's McGee,\" recalls Joel Cummins. \"We're known as a strong live band, but we take so much pride in our writing. [In this album] the focus is on that writing.\" The album is Umphrey's McGee at it's peak prowess, creating music with both precision and emotional content 20 years into a career. It's Not Us is an expression about it being bigger than individuals, it really isn't about them - but all of us.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Alliance Entertainment","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":53762111570263,"sku":"20286235019.0","price":17.7,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1016\/2667\/5543\/files\/3958803-2714567.jpg?v=1781175980","url":"https:\/\/future-global-2.myshopify.com\/products\/umphreys-mcgee-its-not-us-1","provider":"FUTURE GLOBAL","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
